I just got this phone 5days ago. But when I full charge my phone next day it goes down to two (use txt messages only).
Also I get this sign when I use camcorder "recording failed" I don’t know why…and after that when I touch the screen the sounds goes off. Even though it’s already up to volume 7. Does any one have any solution or advice for me?…..

I would contact customer service and tell them the problems and do a warranty exchange sounds like you got a defective device.As long as there is no damage they will exchange it.
