Hi im hoping to get a Samsung VP-DC161 DVD Camcorder-LINK http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Product/partNumber/5632428/Trail/C%24cip%3D42463.Photography%3EC%24cip%3D42477.Camcorders.htm but it records to DVDs, so if there is any 1 out there that has this camcorder, Could you tell me if I can take the footage from the DVD and Edit it, or if its stuck on the disk.

You can edit the DVD by importing it back to your PC with programs such as Roxio or iMovie.
