My camcorder only works when its plugged in. Surely I don’t need a new battery, though, because I’ve only used it a few times..does anyone know the problem?
Unless you can test the Battery, maybe put it into another camcorder, or take it to where you got it from for them to check then it sounds like the battery has died.
if its very new then they should change it, if not then sorry you will have to get a new one, you could try Samsung website to see if there are any problems with your camcorder.
